Captain John Bili
Captain Bili is a first generation American with parents from Genoa, Italy.
Captain John Bili was born in Ohio and moved to the Birmingham Alabama area in 1976. Captain Bili graduated high school in 1983 and studied Pre-law and political science in college.
In 1985 he worked for the Bili family Construction Company and 1987 started his own business, he married in 1988 and moved to Morgan County in 1990.
- 1996 -He graduated police academy in Selma, Alabama
- 1997- was a field training officer
- 1998 - promoted to Sergeant
- 1999 - promoted to Criminal Investigations Unit
- 2000 – promoted to district commander
- 2002 – district offices were disbanded and I was placed in Investigations as second in command
- 2004 – promoted to Investigations Commander
- 2008 – placed in patrol as a supervisor
- 2009 – promoted to Lieutenant of patrol
- 2011 – Promoted to command Investigations and Special Victims Unit
- 2013 – promoted to Captain over patrol, and investigations divisions
- Captain Bili is married and has two children.

Lt. Robert Wilson
Robert B. Wilson is from North Alabama and started his law enforcement career in Moulton Alabama as a reserve officer in 1994. Moulton Police Department sent him to the academy in August 1995.
- 1996 graduated Tuscaloosa Police Academy.
- 1997 started work with The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office as a jail staff employee.
- 1998 placed on Patrol as a Deputy
- 2002 he was a K-9 Handler for a bomb/explosive detecting K-9.
- 2003 He was promoted to Task Force Agent
- 2005 returned to patrol as needed.
- 2008 Wilson was transferred back to being a Task Force Agent.
- 2011 He was promoted to a Sergeant of Task Force
- 2012 was promoted to Lieutenant of Task Force to present day.
