The 2012 Miss Morgan Sheriffs Rodeo, Andrea Pulaski. She is the 19 year old daughter of Andrew and Cindy Pulaski, of Morgan County. Andrea will complete her E.M.T Certification at Wallace State Community College in 2015. Andrea will be representing the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office in January 2013 at the Miss Rodeo USA Pageant in Oklahoma City, OK.
